6. Billing Verification
To prevent fraud, please ensure your billing information exactly matches the details held by your payment provider. Orders flagged by our automated fraud prevention systems may be temporarily delayed or cancelled to protect the cardholder's security.

7. Refunds
All refunds are handled in accordance with our official Refund & Return Policy. Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days and credited back strictly to the original payment method used during checkout.
